Job Seeker Essential Checklist

PhilSys National ID

Issued by: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)

Primary government-issued ID for all transactions. Free to obtain.

  • Accomplished PSA registration form
  • Proof of identity (birth certificate or passport)
  • Biometric capture at registration centre

SSS ID / SSS Digital ID

Required for WorkDigital: instant

Proof of SSS membership, required for employment and government transactions.

  • SS Number
  • Accomplished SSS ID application form (E-6)
  • Valid ID or birth certificate
  • 1x1 ID photo

Pro Tip

Apply for your SSS number online at my.sss.gov.ph. The digital ID on the SSS mobile app is accepted at most establishments.

PhilHealth ID

Issued by: Philippine Health Insurance Corporation

Required for WorkID card: 2–4 weeks

Access to government health insurance. Required for hospital admissions.

Pag-IBIG / HDMF ID
