The Enterprise Marketing Programs Associate (EMPA) is tasked to support the execution of the planned programs and initiatives targeted for the following selling motions: consultants, M&E partners and contractors, enterprise accounts, vendor alliance partners, and service. He/She will report to the head of Strategic Enterprise Marketing Programs, who will give him/her the direction and guidance on the required support needed, which will include close coordination and collaboration with the field and agency marketing teams on demand-generation initiatives, enablement, digital marketing, rewards, end-user events, networking socials, etc.
This resource then must be good in handling multiple tasks and must display good teamwork and collaboration skills. He/she may also be assigned coordination tasks direct with external stakeholders, so this EMPA resource must have excellent communication skills as well. as well as maintain good communication ties with external partners and customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Enterprise Marketing Programs Associate (EMPA)
1. Enterprise Marketing Programs Support
a. Provide coordination support and assistance for the initiatives planned for the following selling motions: consultants, M&E partners/contractors, enterprise accounts, alliance partners, service.
b. Collaborate with field and agency marketing teams on the execution of events, rewards activities, trainings, digital marketing efforts, and marcomms needed for the selling motions.
c. Assist in creation of reports, program materials, and presentation decks for the proper communication of planned initiatives.
2. Management of M&E Partner and Contractor Community Building Initiatives
a. Assist in creation of communities with M&E partner and contractors through messaging group chats.
b. Support the creation of the monthly content calendar and postings for the M&E/contractor communities, and drive engagement from the members.
c. Assist in driving targeted communication activities to M&E partners and contractors through other social platforms like email, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Partner Relations and Events Participation
a. Assist in driving strategic events for the enterprise selling motions that drive leads and strengthen brand recall and relationship.
b. Coordinate on execution of necessary partner recruitment events
c. Be willing to meet up with enterprise partners and end-users across Asia as needed to drive the strategic initiatives.

INTERACTIONS:
The Enterprise Marketing Programs Associate (EMPA) will regularly interact with:
Internal: MU Enterprise sales teams, MU M&E partner managers, marketing team members, product teams
External: Consultants, contractors, end-users, service partners
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Significant educational and/or experience background in marketing, sales, or business development. Ability to conceptualize creative ideas for activities and marketing programs Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Confident in presenting and public speaking in events and external partner meetings Knowledge and experience in Digital and Social Media Platforms is preferred Collaborative, assertive, pleasant personality, comfortable to work with different groups Can work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision Adapts well to change and fluctuations on workload
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of any marketing, sales, or business development course.
At least a year of work experience in channel sales, marketing, events or business development is preferred.
