As a Social Media Manager at Creative Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will manage our company’s social media accounts, create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and interact with our followers to create a cohesive brand experience.
In this role, you will:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends and keep up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and to develop social media campaigns that align with the company’s goals.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed, providing monthly reports on social media performance and recommending improvements.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Oversee social media content creation by working with designers and writers to ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, optimizing them to achieve the highest possible ROI.
Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for social media will be key to creating engaging content and building strong online communities. You will be expected to stay current with social media trends and tools, continually learning and applying new skills to your work.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Hands-on experience in content management and social media advertising.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of online marketing channels and web design.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, New Media, or a related field.
