Job Responsibility:

Develop Test Solution for China BU’s New Product Introduction

• Develop/Design Hardware(Test Board and interface includes Probe head and sockets
• Create Software Solution using ATE (Automated Test Equipment)
• Define and Layout Test Strategy to align with product design requirements
• Perform characterization, Yield Analysis, Qual Testing and Release of Solution for manufacturing
• Develop an optimize solution and can perform test time reduction activities for CBU product introduced/released
• Ensure that product solution developed and released to manufacturing aligns with the customer standards and requirements
• Interact with designers, Product Engineers and Reliability team during design phase
• Mentor junior engineer as needed

Qualification:

• Excellent Verbal and Written communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be an engineering graduate (EE, ECE, CpE/CoE)
• 5+ years of experience or exposure to test development works
• Preferably with knowledge of ETS tester.
• Knowledge of HW design software/tools such as Allegro system capture is a plus
• With knowledge of automotive process is an advantage
• Can work independently with minimum supervision.
