• Preferably female, but not more than 35 years old
• Graduate of any business related course
• With at least 2 years solid managerial experience in a retail industry
• Excellent decision making skills
• Flexible, Responsible, and Pro-active
• Has a good marketing strategy that will operate sales
• Confident, result-oriented & a sense of ownership
