Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist-CDM/PV with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and domain experience in Customer Management and Complaint Management within the Life Sciences sector. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient complaint resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer management processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the complaint management system to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
  • Provide expert-level support in MS Excel to analyze and report customer data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on customer management and complaint resolution processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with the quality assurance team to address product-related issues.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer service metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Have extensive experience in customer management within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in complaint management processes.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
  • Display strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Have a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
  • Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Show capability to train and mentor junior staff.
