Passenger Sales Specialist (Cebu-based) Full-Time Hybrid

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for account acquisition and account management
• Implement Sales strategies and development plans for Travel and Trade Partners to achieve set goal plans (Revenue, Passenger Count, Ancillaries).
• Handles/conducts various sales activities such as product presentation, sales blitzes, familiarization trips, etc.
• Gathers market updates, trends and competitor’s activities useful in crafting competitive sales strategies and programs.
• Prepares and submits weekly reports to Sales Supervisor/Area Sales Manager.
• Discusses key issues / opportunities with Sales Supervisor/Area Sales Manager and recommends innovative schemes to achieve set goal plans.
• Coordinates with key support departments (i.e. Revenue Management, Marketing, CCD, Legal, RAD, CCG etc.) to plot a concerted effort in servicing Travel and Trade Partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree – preferably in business, management, marketing, and the like
• Must have at least 3-5 years experience in travel field sales
• Experience working with a LCC model is a strong advantage
• Must be proficient in English
• Has good communication & negotiation skills (written & verbal)
• Practices good judgement and initiative
• Open to travelling for work
