Househelp and Nanny

As a Househelp and Nanny for a private household in Makati City, you will be responsible for providing attentive care to two toddlers while managing household duties. Your role will involve creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children, along with ensuring the home is clean and well-organized.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and loving care to two toddlers, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and changing diapers.
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational games, and outings to promote their development.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children, ensuring their well-being at all times.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children and assist with feeding.
Manage the daily routine and schedule for the toddlers, including nap times and bedtime.
Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing the home.
Ensure that all play areas, toys, and equipment are clean and safe.
Assist with grocery shopping and household errands as needed.
Communicate regularly with the parents regarding the children’s progress, activities, and any concerns.
Handle emergencies and first-aid situations calmly and efficiently.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a nanny or househelp, preferably with toddlers.
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational and housekeeping skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for children.
Basic cooking skills for meal preparation.
First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in child care or early childhood education is an advantage.
