Be part of Automotive team who is seeking a Lead IC Layout Designer, responsible for the successful delivery of top-level and block-level layouts for our latest analog and mixed-signal IC designs. Based in the Philippines, they will work closely with our team of IC designers and layout engineers in USA and Istanbul. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IC development methodology, manage the deliverables and development of other layout engineers, and collaborate with a global cross-functional team to meet schedule, design and quality requirements set by project stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
•Extensive Top/Chip level layout experience
•Familiarity in various Tapeout procedures
•Familiarity in package selection procedures and design checks
•Strong fundamental knowledge in semiconductor device physics, cross-section and construction
•Strong fundamental knowledge in layout principles, IC reliability and failure mechanisms
•Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso XL and Calibre verification tools is an advantage
Education and Experience
•BS Electronics, Electrical Engineering
•At least 6 years of relevant working experience
Additional Requirements
•Strong communications skills, both oral and written
•Able to work and effectively collaborate with a cross-functional and global team and strong leadership skills
•Layout experience in any of the following areas is an advantage: DAC, ESD, High-speed circuits, and RF components
•Layout experience in the following technology nodes is a plus: 16nm and 55nm
