  Law Enforcement and Operations; Leadership and
  Management; Fisheries Management; Port State Measures
  Boarding Inspection and Protocols; International Market
  requirement on Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing
  (IUUF), Traceability and Chain-of-Custody; General
  Agreement on nTariffs and Trade – World Trade
  Organization Basic Course; Food Safety Control, Inspection
  Protocols and Procedures; Food Safety Act and
  Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR); Fish and
  Aquatic Species Taxonomy and Identification; Aquaculture;
  Foreign Service Institute (FSI) Ocean Policy Course and
  UNCLOS and Fish Stocks Agreement and Regional
  Fisheries Management Organizations (RFMO) Agreements;
  Foreign Service Institute (FSI) Course on Proocol; Foreign
  Service Institute (FSI) Course on Negotiation; Fisheries
  Observer Training; Scuba Diving; Philippine Fishing
  Ground; Fishing System
• Work Experience : 3 years experience in the formulation and implementation of fisheries plans, programs/ projects or other related work
• Competency : N/A
