Description: 

Develop, maintain, and implement comprehensive fleet policy and guidelines aligned with corporate policies, Division, and BU goals and objectives. Directly supervising a team of Fleet coordinators, the role will also be responsible for:

1. Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance

• Ensure all TOTV are maintained in good working condition, adhering to routine service schedules.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
• Minimize downtime due to repairs or breakdowns by proactive maintenance.

1. Cost Management and Optimization

• Monitor and manage operational costs, including fuel (fleet card), maintenance, and repairs.
• Optimize fleet utilization
• Develop strategies to reduce costs, such as implementing fuel-efficient practices, etc.

1. Driver Safety and Training

• Enforce policies for safe driving practices and provide training to ensure employees use the vehicles responsibly.
• Ensure the company complies with health and safety standards regarding vehicle use.
