Job Description
Company Served Group will now have additional accounts will be added to the existing ones. These are the new accounts coming, the continuous expansion via additional branches and the movement of AR Volume from distributor to direct servicing. These will entail expanded volume of workload which would require Project-Based Resources
Responsibilities
- Monitoring of AR balances
- Resolution of AR issues through direct coordination with concerned stakeholders
- Follow-up and escalate account issues based on SLA and escalation matrix
- Payment posting and allocation
- Account Portal Management
- Monthly Touchpoint with NKAG
- AR-related functions and accounting of RTV/BO and trade deductions and tax-related documents
- Weekly and monthly preparation of AR Reports
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy or other Business-related courses
- Preferably knowledgeable with MS Excel functions
- Willing to be assigned in Novaliches office
- Open for a 6-month project-based contract
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
