Responsible primarily for the digital content marketing of the Rebisco brands across all digital platforms. Ensures that content matches brand messaging and proper standards and is released on the appropriate platforms at the right time to the right audience.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Digital Content Marketing
• Coordinates with agencies to develop and execute content aligned with the messaging, goals, and KPIs of each
brand.
• Ensures content calendars are delivered on time with ample lead time for review, feedback, and revisions.
• Reviews proposed content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging, providing timely feedback
for revisions as necessary.
• Directs agencies to schedule posts strategically to maximize reach and engagement.
• Oversees proper media boosting of content within allocated budgets and monitors performance.
• Tracks and evaluates content performance across digital platforms, generating insights to improve future
executions.
• Identifies trends and opportunities for brands to engage audiences through timely and relevant content.
• Assists in the production of digital materials (videos, images, scripts) by providing direction on creative
development and execution.
• Collaborates with the Brand Team to ensure alignment of digital plans with broader marketing efforts.
2. Community Management
• Develops response guidelines tailored to each brand’s voice to ensure consistent engagement with audiences.
• Oversees outsourced community managers, reviewing and QA-ing responses to ensure timeliness, tone, and
appropriateness.
• Tracks and monitors response rate and time KPIs, ensuring that the agreed standards are met.
• Manages escalations for product inquiries or complaints, coordinating with Customer Service as needed.
• Identifies insights from community conversations to inform content strategies and brand improvements.
3. Digital Media Planning and Strategy
• Assists in the development and execution of digital media strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Coordinates with media agencies to ensure that digital media campaigns are optimized for target audiences and
platforms.
• Monitors ad placements, budgets, and campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to
maximize ROI.
• Analyzes media reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for optimization in future campaigns.
• Suggests tactical campaigns or experimental strategies to complement thematic efforts and drive performance.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting
• Consolidates and reviews performance reports from agencies, ensuring the accuracy of data and quality of
insights.
• Tracks and interprets analytics to gauge the effectiveness of content, community management, and media
strategies.
• Develops actionable recommendations from reports to improve digital marketing efforts.
5. Agency and Vendor Management
• Coordinates with agencies and external partners, arranging meetings for planning, pitches, or performance
reviews.
• Evaluates potential agency partners by reviewing credentials and assessing capabilities.
• Establishes ways of working with agencies to improve collaboration and streamline processes.
6. Promotional Campaigns and Activations
• Assists in the planning and execution of digital promotional activities, ensuring compliance with guidelines and
timely prize distribution.
• Tracks and reports on promo effectiveness, suggesting adjustments to improve participation and engagement.
